Reduce costs / Increase engagement with a ‘wow factor’ / Transform operational efficiency

This leading UK corporate client were looking to improve the way they administer their annual conference for 1,000 staff.  A combined service was required to deliver their goals for attendees who were based nationally.

Their primary goal was to reduce their time spent on registration services in a cost-effective manner and to create a ‘wow factor’ by delivering the registration and pre-event information in a new and exciting way. Their other goals also included:

  • To have all registration and bookable items via an online booking link
  • To have access to online live reporting
  • To consolidate suppliers and use one company for all event aspects
  • To have offline support from a dedicated team.

We designed, built and delivered all online services for registration and all delegate needs, agenda creation, mobile app and event website. Onsite registration and badging were set up for use onsite and accessible to the organiser. Delegates could register for the conference with the minimum of fuss through the use of ‘Beacons’.

Based on the clients brief provided, MICE Concierge were able to deliver the following services:

Digital sign in to the event also made the check in process run smoother. They achieved all their original goals and will be continuing with the online registration process for all future events.
