We have a fully flexible onsite registration and badging set up, so we can lend a hand to whatever extent you require. Our most popular option sees us take full ownership of the registration process, taking the stress off your hands entirely. Often combined with our pre-event registration service for increased operational efficiency, we handle the secure management of all delegate data, integrating as needed with your membership or CRM system. Or, where you already have a registration system in place, we just need a list of registered delegates, and we’re good to go.
With our brandable check-in kiosks, best-in-class Microsoft Surface Go tablets and Epson C3500 printers, we’ll ensure your registration / reception area not only looks great, but offers a quick and easy process for attendees. We can also be there on the day to greet attendees and offer help if they need it.
Alternatively, if you plan on running your own check-in desk and are just looking for someone to supply your badges, we can either pre-print and deliver these for you, or you can even hire our equipment to print them onsite yourself.
