With delegates, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, VIPs and suppliers all requiring specific support, attendee management is one of the most time consuming but important tasks to handle when putting on an event.

In addition to handling attendee fundamentals like delegate registration and payment queries, we can also act as the conduit for all the information flows between you, your venue, security, and all relevant parties.

With everyone’s specific needs to juggle, having us on the team as your resident plate-spinners can transform your experience in the run up to an event. For suppliers, we might be communicating timings, arranging access, and generally coordinating logistics so you don’t have to. For speakers and suppliers, we’ll be collating their info and presentation materials to be available onsite and via your event website. And for exhibitors, we operate as the go-between to ensure they have everything they need from their end (physical access, network connectivity, booth details), as well as building a dedicated exhibitor portal to collect their stand info, branding and materials to auto-flow through to the delegate app.

Where you have VIPs, we can also support with travel and accommodation requirements, as well as coordinating security.
