Level 39 – London
This tech-focused space has a number of great event options that you can hire – from conferences to round table discussions, dinners and networking meets, you will be spoilt for choice. The Jockey Club
If you want a space that is a little bit different then the Jockey Club may be perfect – they provide event spaces at fifteen racecourses across the UK. From board meetings to large events and exhibitions, there is a solution for every need.
From the South of England to the North, the racecourses they use are linked well for public transport and are easy to navigate to by car. You can also arrange catering and drinks packages as well as getting access to the technology needed to make your event run smoothly.
National Media Museum
When you need a Northern location for your event, head to Bradford and hire the National Media Museum. There are a number of rooms to choose from and you can host conferences, exhibitions and more, making the most of the cinema screens and galleries to create the atmosphere you want.
There are great catering options and you can host up to 300 people. The museum is right next to a stunning outdoor space that delegates can access during breaks too.
Archerfield Estate
Looking for a venue in Scotland? Why not try Archerfield Estate? It’s a large country house with a golf course and is based in East Lothian. There are three different venues on the estate and you can opt to arrange accommodations in the house should you want to. There is room for up to 200 guests on site and the events team will work to create the best layout for your needs as well as a bespoke menu to impress your delegates.
Stanbrook Abbey
Based in Worcester, Stanbrook Abbey was once a monastery, making it a stunning location for your event. There are thirteen different spaces to choose from depending on your requirements and you can host up to 400 guests. It’s near to the motorway for driving delegates and is just five miles from the nearest train station.
The great thing about this location is that you can host different styles of events with ease – from team building days to formal meetings and conferences, there is a solution for everyone.
Saatchi Gallery
Looking for a venue that will impress your delegates? Try to Saatchi Gallery in London. There are thirteen galleries to choose from in this Grade II listed building, providing you with plenty of space for even the largest events.
There is high speed internet, power outlets on every floor and tech support to help you get your information displayed for your delegates. The great thing about this space is that each gallery is a blank canvas, giving you the ability to create the atmosphere you want.
Westpoint Arena
If you need an exhibition or conference centre in the South West, then the Westpoint Arena in Exeter is a good choice. It is set in 150 acres of green space and is located just a few miles from the city centre and motorway. For conferences, you can host up to 350 delegates and the exhibition space offers standing room for up to 7500 people. In addition, the outside space can house up to 30000 people, making it a versatile location for all events.
Donington Park
Donington Park is well known for its racing circuit but it can also be hired for exhibitions and conferences. The indoor space can host up to 250 delegates and the 640 acre outdoor space can house thousands! This event location offers a range of catering options and is well located in Leicester, making it easy for people to access.
It’s also near the East Midlands airport, making it perfect for delegates who are coming from other countries. It’s a popular conference and exhibition venue and is home to some of the biggest UK events and festivals over the course of each year.
Cliffs Pavilion
You’ll find Cliffs Pavilion in Southend-on-Sea, Essex and can look forward to hosting up to 1600 people. There are four different conference rooms to choose from and the space can be used for exhibitions, conferences, team building days and meetings. There is an extensive number of catering options to choose from and the venue also has a number of bars that your delegates can use to purchase refreshments during the day. Chiford Hall
Our final venue choice is Chiford Hall in Cambridgeshire, a vineyard that houses up to 40 delegates. The space has been in operation since the 1970s and is still a working vineyard, producing a range of wines every year. It’s easy to get to and the team offers a catering service that is sure to impress. When you take your breaks, delegates can go outside and enjoy the views of the vineyard as well as finding out about how the wine is produced. If you want an intimate venue that oozes luxury then Chiford Hall is well worth considering!
